Her first entrepreneurial venture was launching and operating a retail espresso micro chain, which she successfully sold. Ms. Taylor received her M.B.A. from the Albers School of Business at Seattle University. She lives in Bentonville, Ark., with her husband/business partner and two sons.

I stopped telling my kids to "be careful" It's too limiting. So instead I say "pay attention." This definitely applies to business too.
